UNE Hospitality Internship Fair | Fall 2010

 Universidad del Este and the Jose a (Tony) Santana International School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts would like to welcome you to our first hospitality internship fair, this fall 2010. UNE has created an event that will bring together approximately 200 hospitality and culinary arts students, and about 60 practicum centers, along with sponsors and suppliers of the tourism industry in an unprecedented three days event.

 Friday, August, 27 2010 the students will have the opportunity to be part of a series of seminars guided by experts on topics such as: "How to appropriately dress for an interview" and "How to create a professional resume and cover letter".

 The main events will be held during the two following Fridays: September 3 & 10, 2010. The event will feature exhibitions of over 30 of the top hospitality organizations in Puerto Rico,      each day along with a display of sponsor booths. During the internship fair the students will have the opportunity to gather information about all of their preferred practicum centers. The practicum centers will have the opportunity to interview candidates, recruit prospects and hire well trained professionals that are in search of a new exiting experience to help them fulfill their goals. 

 We are certain that this experience will be gratifying and unique for all participants, practicum centers, sponsors and the faculty members of our institution.
