One of the most important objectives in our academic programs is to provide current information and hands on experience to all our students. This explains why the José A. (Tony) Santana International School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts decided to incorporate in all its programs since 1997 internship opportunities accross the curriculum. Internships have different objectives and requisites to complete the course and varies in lenght depending on the field of study. At José A. (Tony) Santana International School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, student's experiences are supervised, providing an opportunity to learn in a real life scenario.
