Consejo de Educación de Puerto Rico State Programs
The Consejo de Educación de Puerto Rico (CEPR) approves funds for these programs and follows all eligibility requirements established by the U.S. Department of Education for Title IV funds.

Undergraduate Supplementary Educational Aid
This program seeks to benefit students with demonstrated financial need enrolled in non-degree technical programs, associate degrees or bachelor’s degrees.

Graduate Supplementary Educational Aid
This program seeks to benefit students with demonstrated financial need enrolled in first level professional, masters or doctoral programs.

Honor Scholarship Program
This program is directed to provide assistance to new incoming freshmen students with demonstrated financial need having a grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 or higher, enrolled in non-degree technical programs, associate degrees or bachelor’s degrees. After these students receive assistance, funds may be used to offer financial aid to students with demonstrated financial need that maintain the established GPA.

Scholarship Program for Specific Academic Areas
They are eligible students with GPA of 3.50 or more enrolled in any academic programs in the disciplines postsecondary level are identified each fiscal year.
PROGRESAH
This program grants supplementary financial aid to students enrolled at the undergraduate on their third of fourth year of studies, who have demonstrated financial need and have a GPA of 3.75 or higher. This program will cover the total
of student costs not covered by other federal, institutional, or state financial assistance programs.
