Financial Aid

The Financial Aid Office at Tampa Bay Campus, distributes its funds to students according to their financial needs.

Available funds:

Federal College Work Study - FCWS
Federal Supplementary Educational Opportunity Grant – FSEOG
Pell Grant


To be eligible for the funds available at our Institution, the student must first apply for the Federal Pell Grant FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov

Financial Aid for the 2017-2018 Academic Year For the new academic year that starts in Fall, you will need to apply for your federal student aid once again. What will I need to do this? To fill out your FAFSA for 2017-18 you will need:

  • Your FSA ID Log-in access
  • Tax Information for the year 2015
  • Know your academic year (1st year, 2nd year, 3rd etc.)
  • Your parents tax information and signatures if you are a dependent student
  • Federal School code for your University (UT 011719, UNE 011718, UMET 025875)
  • Know your household size

Do I need anything else?

Yes, this year you will need to print and bring with you the main page of the Financial Aid Review at the website www.nslds.ed.gov where there is a summary of the financial aid you have received and its status.

You will use the same log-in for this page as with the FAFSA.

If I want to do this myself, where do I start?

1) Start by going to www.fafsa.ed.gov

2) Complete your FAFSA for the year 2017-18

3) Print the Student Aid Report page that you get once you complete the FAFSA (SAR)

4) Go to www.nslds.ed.gov and select Financial Aid Review.

5) Log-in and print the main page where all your financial aid is summarized.

6) Bring both pages with you to register.
