Our Facilities

José A. (Tony) Santana International School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts has a three stories Building - 30,000 SF, eight classrooms equipped with sound, datashows, computers and screens and a Computer lab with FIDELIO (Opera). In the first floor we have four state-of-the-Art kitchens (TEACHING, PRODUCTION, DEMONSTRATION AND PASTRY-GARDE MANGER), a restaurant and the BACARDI (BARTENDING) lab.
