The strategic vision of the Personnel Recruiting Division consists in identifying and attracting the most highly qualified candidates to occupy positions at SUAGM. We attempt to recruit individuals whose qualifications are in harmony with the organizational culture that we promote.
The Recruiting Division takes a proactive position in the personnel recruiting process in anticipating and establishing an automated bank of candidates to satisfy the personnel needs of the entire System.
