HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

Training is a strategic educational process that is applied in a systematic and organized way that allows associates to acquire knowledge and develop specific work-related skills. It also contributes to modifying associate's attitudes in terms of organizational aspects, their position, and the work environment as a whole. As a component of the human resource development process, training implies:

  • A defined succession of conditions and stages geared towards achieving the associate's integration into his or her position and the organization.

  • Incremental and sustained efficiency.

  • Personal and work progress at the institution.

  • An important factor in meeting the institution's goals and objectives, it helps the associate continue to reach the highest levels of efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
