SUAGM PROPOSAL REGISTRY

The institutions that make up the Ana G. Méndez University System (UT, UMET, UNE, CETED and the corresponding University Centers) develop innovative projects through proposals to public and private entities that support the educative measures. At times it is difficult to keep the information updated on proposals that have been presented and finally approved, as there is no reliable proposal registry for each of the components of the present System.

For this reason, it is required that a copy of all submitted proposals be sent to the Assistant Vice Presidency of External Resources (AVPER) no later than 30 days after submitting same. It must also be registered in the Banner System by the Assistant Vice Rector of External Resources.

The AVPER will keep an updated registry of all submitted proposals by the various institutions in order to share them amongst the System universities. The AVPER will be responsible for coordinating this process.

THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER, SIGNED ON OCTOBER 3, RETROACTIVELY TOOK AFFECT ON AUGUST 1 2003.
