ANA G. MÉNDEZ HEALTH SYMPOSIA
VICE PRESIDENCY FOR PLANNING, RESEARCH & ACADEMIC AFFAIRS
SECOND EDITION OF THE 7th. ANA G. MÉNDEZ HEALTH SYMPOSIUM ON CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES: INNOVATIONS IN MANAGEMENT & TREATMENT
Co-Sponsored by:
Ana G. Méndez University System & Cleveland Clinic
Cardiovascular diseases are a recurring theme in every clinical setting. The span of secondary effects of these diseases very well includes every organ system. Health practitioners and ancillary staff require in-depth discussions of secondary effects and their ever changing diagnostic and management modalities. TEST.
The management of the patients with cardiovascular pathology has evolved considerably in the past decade. It has become apparent that complex pathophysiologies require combined pharmacotherapeutic strategies.
Our seventh symposium will highlight the advances in research, diagnosis, management and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Topics include management of Coronary Artery Disease, Atherosclerosis, Diabetes Mellitus & Metabolic Syndrome, Erectile Dysfunction Secondary to Cardiovascular Disease, Updates in Peripheral Interventions and Clinical Overview, Innovations in Acute Management & Non-Invasive Diagnostic Tools & Congenital Heart Disease: Current Patient Management and Imaging Techniques among others. The activity is designed for physicians in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, cardiology, emergenciology, pediatricians, urology, neurology, and all allied health professionals involved in the care of patients with cardiovascular pathology.
This symposium brings together national and local experts to provide a state of the art review of the advances in all types of therapeutic modalities across the spectrum of cardiovascular diseases and a forum in which scientists, researches and clinicians working with cardiovascular anomalies can exchange new data.
The list of speakers ranges from researchers and specialists in academia and a diversity of clinical settings from Puerto Rico and the Cleveland Clinic.
